Our services
Our program has proven itself over many years. At the same time, we are constantly adapting it to changing regulations and new developments in the world of work, but what we have strictly adhered to from the very beginning: our principle of individual support.
Seek – and find the best
The World Health Organization (WHO) has issued a code of conduct in which countries in the world there are more trained nurses than jobs. If the forces move away from these countries, the health care system there will remain unaffected. And we are only active in such countries.
We conduct intensive discussions with applicants on site in the countries of origin.
What criteria determine whether you are accepted into our program? First of all: Knowledge of German is advantageous, but not a mandatory requirement. We’ll take care of that in the next step. The decisive factors are the training, the convincing identification with the nursing profession, the human qualities and the openness to the German world.
KBW Services qualifies nursing staff
Tested German language skills at B2 level and officially certified professional recognition – these are the prerequisites for working as an immigrant nurse in Germany. We don’t really have to say more about it, because the path to the successfully completed exams should not be the concern of our clients in the clinics and care facilities.
Or is it still worth taking a closer look? Absolutely, because we have developed a multi-stage qualification program that all our participants go through.

The KBW Personal Services Program
Phase 1: Participants who speak no or hardly any German are first brought up to the B1 level in the Becon language schools in their home countries.
Phase 2: The participants travel to our training center in the Black Forest. KBW Personal Services will take care of the visa, all other formalities and travel. Interculturally experienced lecturers give participants further language lessons in German up to the B2 exam and prepare them for work in Germany. At the same time, we coordinate job interviews and internships lasting several days with potential employers.
Phase 3: With the employment contract in their pockets, the participants travel to their home country to obtain the final work visa. Here, too, KBW Personal Services is in charge and closely accompanies the participants. Word has gotten around at the German embassies involved: Documents created by KBW Personal Services are always of a quality that allows for particularly fast processing. Back in Germany, the work begins. Depending on the qualification, the state examination for professional recognition takes place at short notice or after a few months.
The KBW Personal Services Program
Our program has proven itself over many years. At the same time, we are constantly adapting it to changing regulations and new developments in the world of work, but what we have strictly adhered to from the very beginning: our principle of individual support.
Because as different as the Albanian nurse with years of professional experience and the Mexican junior nurse with talent are, their support by us is just as individual. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach, but a team that looks after and accompanies each participant closely, trustingly and very personally.
Both sides benefit from this: the nurse can develop his or her skills. And the clinic or facility has a real reinforcement for the nursing team, which is not only good on paper.

We integrate nursing professionals
Employment contract signed, visa granted, first day of work – and the placement agency says goodbye? It’s different for us: The integration of nursing staff is just as important to us as recruitment and qualification.
Because let’s not kid ourselves: new country, new language, new culture, new workplace, new health care habits – all of this is a lot at once. That is why we have developed various measures to ensure that the start is good and the career path successful in the long term.
We want our participants to really arrive in the German healthcare system. And be happy in their new home.
Integration with method. And heart.
If we are commissioned with the appropriate lead time, we already consider in the country of origin which applicant harmonizes particularly well with the profile of the respective clinic or facility.
Our language schools in the countries of origin already convey a picture of the culture and life in Germany.
Deterrent frustration or motivating turbo: The German visa and entry formalities can be both – depending on how long they take. So there is no question what KBW Personal Services is committed to at embassies and authorities.
Finding accommodation, opening a bank account, dealing with the authorities: KBW Personal Services helps.
A lot is also new for employers and existing care teams when immigrant nurses work with them: That’s why we prepare our customers in a concrete and practical way with training for the team and with conceptual advice for managers.
And if misunderstandings or homesickness do occur? KBW Personal Services is also on hand in this case. As interlocutors, advisors, bridge-builders. Online or on-site. And always fast, empathetic, experienced.
In addition, we exchange ideas with multipliers in politics and society and publicly advocate for the integration of nursing staff.

We have reported a lot about ourselves up to this point. Now you have the floor.
What is the profile of your hospital or care facility? Are you looking for the long term or urgently? Do you already employ nurses from third countries and would now like our support in their integration?
Let’s get talking. Non-committal, but certainly stimulating.
