Where we are
Our German headquarters are in Stuttgart. In Enzklösterle in the Black Forest, we operate our own training center. Through a network of language schools, we are present in the relevant countries of origin.

Nurse from third countries, that’s what it’s officially called. For us, however, it is young people who dare to take a big step. Who leave their homeland, leave a lot behind to show what they can do in Germany. People with the will to perform, dreams, but also questions and sometimes fears.
On the other hand: hospitals and care facilities. They offer some of the greatest professions on earth. As a whole, they perform at their best every day and are challenged again and again: economically, organizationally, personally.
We know both worlds. And bring them together. On bridges, built of quality, commitment and humanity. Admittedly, with a little less ethos, the business still works. At least superficially. But we want the long-term advantage for hospitals and care facilities. And for the nursing staff.

The amazing thing is that our path of strict integrity is particularly economical. Our brokerage costs are below the industry average. We are agile and flexible, free of dependencies of all kinds. In order to remain true to ourselves, we draw the essential services from our own resources. This is also good for the costs.
Humanity
We take care of the participants in our program. But we don’t create dependencies. We do not have contracts in which the skilled workers have to pay off their qualifications over a period of years.
Quality
Nursing is not a run-of-the-mill job. But skill plus dedication plus responsibility. This is our benchmark in the selection of applicants, this is the leitmotif of our qualification.
Commitment
The station has to run. Not at some point, but now. According to rules that the customer has defined in this way and not otherwise for good reasons. So solutions are needed. Sometimes spontaneous and unconventional, always individual and cost-conscious.
